Our facility

LRH Wellness is located in the Mehl Center on Lake Region Healthcare's main campus. The 2,000+ square foot space includes an endless pool set at 92 degrees, bikes, rowers, barbells, kettlebells, and more!

Locker rooms with a shower, toilets, and lockers are available. Sweat towels and shower towels are provided. Bring your own water bottle.
